Jus Buah Kiwi Smoothie


Bahan:

  • 150 gr kiwi, kupas dan potong-potong
  • 60 gr kacang kapri manis, potong-potong
  • 1 sdm air jeruk nipis
  • 1 sdm madu
  • 3 potong es batu
  • 150 ml yoghurt tawar / plain yoghurt

Cara:

  1. Masukkan potongan kiwi, kapri, yoghurt, air jeruk nipis, madu dan es batu ke dalam tabung blender.
  2. Haluskan hingga lembut.
  3. Tuang ke dalam gelas saji, dan hidangkan segera.
