Bahan:

beberapa ayam fillet, potong sesuai selera
1/2 bawang bombay
3siung bawang putih
mentega untuk menumis
garam
gula
merica
kecap manis
kecap saos tiram
kecap inggris
maizena

Cara:
1. tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay dengan mentega sampai agak layu.
2. masukkan ayam dan masak hingga ayam empuk
3. tuang air kurleb 500ml
4. masukkan bumbu seperti garam, gula, lada, kecap2an
5. kentalkan kuah dengan larutan maizena
